Our guests and our owners are both deeply concerned about COVID-19 right now, and we are receiving questions and emails regarding our beaches and cancellation policies. We have been working on reservations policies which may change based on the booking platform. If you have booked through AirBnB or RedAwning, you must contact them directly to discuss moving or cancelling any reservations. If you have booked through VRBO or any other platform, you can contact Shore Dreams directly via rentals@shoredreams.net or by calling 855-550-8005 press 1.

We are current policy concerning COVID-19, this changes frequently, and is subject to change at anytime, is as follows:
For reservations booked before March 14, 2020, with check-in dates March 20–April 14, 2020, Guests will have the following options:
Change their existing reservation to another Shore Dreams Vacation Rental in any location for another date. If the new reservation cost is higher, they will be asked to pay the difference.
Cancel the existing reservation and receive full credit for a future stay in a Shore Dreams Vacation Rental. Credit must be used within a year of the check in date of your reservation.
Cancel the existing reservation and receive a full refund in your original payment method, minus the cancel fee of $300 with can be applied towards a future reservation.
For reservations with check-in dates after April 14, 2020, Guests will have the following options:
Change their reservation to another Shore Dreams Vacation Rental in any location for another date. If the new reservation cost is higher, they will be asked to pay the difference.
